During this sight seeing trip you will visit most of the fascinating highlights of Budapest: cross the river on the 2nd oldest bridge of Budapest, the French designed Margaret Bridge –  Fő utca (Water city district) in Buda – the Royal Castle District with the Mathias Church – the Fisherman’s Bastion – and the buildings of the ex-Royal Palace – the Holly Gerard Hill (Gellért Hegy) offers you amaising view on the city – The Pest part of the sightseeing will include: the Rákóczi Avenue – Eastern Railways Station – the Heroes’ Square with the historic monuments of the Ancient Hungarian tribe chiefs and the sovereigns’ statues, the Fine Art Museum and the Art Gallery – With a relaxing walk in the in the City Park you will see the Vajdahunyad Castle, Municipal Cirque, Zoo and Szechenyi Termal Bath – We drive along the Andrassy Avenue with the odaly Square, House of Terror, the State Opera House and many other fine renaissance buildings from the  Austro-Hungarian Monarchy period. By night tour in Budapest with car (2,5 hrs)

The tour starts at the Heroe’s Square where you can get aquainted with  the eleven century old history and with the origin of the Hungarian people – Dózsa György Avenue and the Rákóczy Street with several sights and monuments– cross the Danube on the Elisabeth Bridge to arrive on the top of the Gellért (Saint Gerard) mountain where you can admire the breath taking evening view of the city. Visit to the Park of the Gigantic Communist Statues and the Memorial spots of the Anti Soviet revolution of 1956. (7 hours)

It’s the most exciting open air museum in Eastern Europe, featuring the statues of the communist dictators, martyrs and more. After the change of the political system in Hungary these statues were removed from Budapest’s parks, squares and exhibited in this so called “Gigantic Communist Statue Park”. In the Memento Exhibition Hall of the park you will have the chance to watch a tuitional film (subtitled in English) on how the Communist secret service has recruited their informants and convinced them to do their humiliating job.
Following the visit to the open air museum, you will see some well known spots and memorial monuments of the Hungarian Anti Soviet Uprising
